Our dream is to provide a safe space free of gluten in order to reseed our community and help incubate the growth of small businesses providing celiac safe food.

We’re excited to announce that we are open for commissary use!

At Just Gluten Free Kitchens, all items made in our commissary kitchen can be sold in our retail area. Our retail space provides an easy way for customers to access your quality products directly, improving their shopping experience and supporting a gluten-free lifestyle. It’s a work in progress, we’re getting it figured out :)

Equipment

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to meet your gluten-free cooking needs. From various gluten-free flours to baking mixes, cookware, and utensils, we have everything you need to create delicious gluten-free dishes with ease and confidence. Enjoy the ease of a fully stocked kitchen for your gluten-free cooking, since we have most of what you need, we can control what enters our kitchen to keep gluten out.

And if there is something you need that we don’t have, let us help you source it!

  • 24" Griddle/6 Burner Gas Range Combo/2 standard ovens

  • 6 Burner Gas Range/Convection oven

  • Hobart 80 & 20 qt mixers

  • Kitchen aid 5qt mixers

  • Vitamix blenders

  • Small-ware equipment

  • Cashless retail area to display and sell your products *included in membership program

  • Security cameras (additional in parking area)

Membership & Pricing

Hourly rates are $35/hr with a 5 hour minimum, storage is not included, use of packing room is available for $20/hr.

These are monthly plans where a client purchases a fixed amount of credit to be used over the month. Then each hour booked in a space is deducted from that fixed credit amount based on the hourly rate for that space. Credits do not rollover each month. Discounts applied based on membership level

Need more space dedicated to your operation for storage, prep and packaging? We also have a private 11’x 13’ room available.

$50 Application fee and $250 security deposit required.
